About Rogue.
After six great years living and working in Karratha, we’ve come home to the South West and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
Based in Busselton, we’re a family-run business providing quality civil earthworks, excavation and vacuum truck services throughout the South West. We’re proud to be local, we’re here for the long haul, and we’re excited to build a business that grows alongside the community we call home.
Our business is run by Wade and Alesha, with Wade out on the tools and behind the wheel, and Alesha, who is born and bred in Busselton ensuring it all holds together behind the scenes. Together, we’re committed to providing a reliable, professional service and taking pride in every job we put our name to.

Our Experience
Experience that goes beyond the dirt, it’s not just what’s on top of the surface, it’s what’s underneath that matters.
Working from below ground all the way up, we understand that good results start with getting the groundwork right.
Our six years in Karratha saw us working in the pool industry, installing pools and carrying out the extensive groundwork that comes with them. That experience gave us a strong understanding of excavation, ground preparation, access, levels, drainage and the importance of getting things right from the beginning.
Wade
Wade’s experience goes well beyond earthworks.
Coming from a farming background, Wade has worked across civil construction, electrical, air-conditioning and refrigeration, supervision, pool installation and general hands-on work. He’s a true all-rounder, a bit of a jack of all trades and the kind of person who likes to understand how the whole job comes together, not just the part directly in front of him.
His hands-on experience across different industries means Wade understands how the different elements of a project integrate. He’s always looking for ways to help, solve problems and get the job done properly.
And if you know Wade, you’ll know he has a bit of a Golden Retriever personality: friendly, approachable, energetic and always happy to get involved.
In fact, if our own Golden Retriever Koa had the chance, he’d be the number one supervisor on site.
Whether it’s lending a hand, working through a challenge or simply making sure the job runs smoothly, Wade genuinely enjoys being part of the process.
We believe there’s real value in having a local, hands-on business that genuinely cares about the quality of its work, and that’s exactly what we’re aiming to provide. We’re not looking to be the biggest. We’re focused on being a business our customers can rely on, job after job.

We have a baby daughter who has given us even more motivation to work hard, do things properly and build something we can be proud of. We’re excited to raise her here in Busselton, surrounded by the people and community that make this such a great place to call home.
